Nice little surprise in the produce section. 🙂

Not too much picture taking happened on Friday. After work, I had two hockey games and then indulged in a delicious meal with a side of sangria. I still ended up under 693 calories and down a pound. I need to play hockey every day!

I’m starting to put on the pounds again, so I had to go back to counting calories. It’s tedious work, but apps like Lose It make it so much easier. Total First World post, eh? You know what else could save calories, and make logging easier? Skipping a meal, and donating the money to Oxfam:
