The sunset was extremely vivid and beautiful — purples and pinks and reddish-oranges. I wish I could have captured it better, but I did enjoy it while it lasted.
Josh wasn’t feeling too well today, but thankfully, the cold waited a day so it didn’t ruin his Halloween. He fell asleep on the way home from my mom’s tonight, and I couldn’t resist a photo of my cutie.

It was a blast trick-or-treating with Josh this year. He really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with his cousins, and even seemed to enjoy his costume. He was also excited to get all of these treats. Maybe we’ll even get him to try a peanut butter cup! Ha ha, we’ll see about that!

Mom and I took Josh to the zoo today for their annual "Spooky Zoo" Halloween event. Unfortunately, it had been canceled, and we only got about a half hour to walk around before it started raining. We did enjoy watching the seals eat their lunch, however. Here they are, attacking a block of icy fish.

Tonight’s Providence Bruins game raised money for breast cancer research. The guys wore pink jerseys and some even used pink tape on their sticks. Even though they lost the game, it was a fun night for a great cause.
