It’s more fun when you use four crayons at once.

We had such a gorgeous weekend. I spent more time with Josh and the bubbles outside. Birds were chirping, butterflies were fluttering, the sun was shining, lawns were being mowed … it was totally groovy.

Another nice day. Not as sunny and warm, but it was nice enough to spend some time outside with Josh before heading to my hockey tournament in the afternoon. Chasing bubbles has become his favorite activity. From the time he wakes up, he keeps asking to go outside to pop bubbles.

It was an absolutely gorgeous day. Sunny, dry and in the upper 60s. I worked from home — in the recliner, next to an open window — while Lily napped in front of the door. I also liked this photo today. The tulips have opened.

I worked on my Week 10 photos for “Picture Inspiration” tonight, which was all about items in the kitchen. This is a close-up of a couple of strainers hanging from the baker’s rack.

We have a ton of weeds out in the backyard. Some are actually very pretty.

The weather has been nice, so I’ve been taking Josh outside to play. One of his favorite activities is to chase bubbles. He’d probably run around the yard like a madman, anyway, but at least he has something fun to chase.
