We went to Schartner’s Farm to take a hayride, walk through the corn maze, and pick out some pumpkins and mums. We had fun, but it never fails — every year when we do this, it is unseasonably warm. High 80s today. We could have gone to the beach instead!

[280/365] Sunset in Bristol RI

This lovely harbor was the backdrop to my step-cousin’s wedding on Saturday. It was a beautiful evening; they could not have asked for better weather or a more gorgeous place to be married. Drinks, delicious food, and dancing to an Irish band were the other highlights. A wonderful night for two amazing people.

[274/365] Pig in Mud

Josh wanted to "see the animals" today, so I took him to the zoo for a bit. All of the animals were out and playing — even the kangaroos were out hopping near the fence, which I never see. This little pig, however, was just enjoying the sun, soaking it all in.
