The flowers on the Christmas cactus have really opened up.

The one flower on my plant fell off. Definitely a bummer.

I noticed this huge bee on the ground near my car after work. The picture does not capture how huge it was, but it was big enough for me to notice it in passing.

Bruins keychains, of course. 🙂

Looks like this little flower is peaking out of the leaves to see what’s below.

It was cold and cloudy again today, but I made sure we had some time to play outside. Still trying to cleanse ourselves of these germs. I love how Josh’s bubble mower leaves the bubbles all over the grass. I tried for a more interesting perspective here, based on the theme of this week’s “Picture

It was a gorgeous day, so I brought Josh to the zoo. It was pretty warm, so we found a nice shady spot near the penguins. I think the two of us could have stayed there all day, watching them. He actually asked to go back to see them after we saw some other animals.

The sun came out for the first time all week this afternoon, and Josh and I are starting to feel better. We went outside for a few minutes to get some fresh air. Go away, germs.

Josh and I stayed home, sick, today. We spent most of the day napping together, along with Penguin (or “Mama,” as Josh calls it). Unfortunately, this looks very grainy because it was dark in the room — looked a lot better on my phone. 🙂
