Catching up on a photo contest I am entering, where I have to submit a photo of a certain color each week. Last week’s color was red, so I photographed these yummy strawberries. And then they became my snack!

Back to work today. I went outside to take some photos of the clouds after a rainstorm at home, and caught this little guy climbing around this flower. With my birthday money, I now have enough to buy a macro lens. I cannot wait.

Another day at the beach for my birthday. A seagull caught and dropped this crab on the shore.

Traded in the ice rink for the sun, sand and surf today. It was gorgeous out.

Kept cool inside the rink for a bit this morning. Drove up to Wilmington, MA to see some of the Bruins rookies during their development camp. I don’t normally get hockey this close to my birthday, so it was a treat.

Visited my dad and stepmother today at their home near the beach. This is one of their starfish decorations.

Worked from home, and there were several thunderstorms throughout the day. Here’s a photo of the clouds rolling in during one of the storms.
