Theme: For the Love. Photos of our cameras. These are my two cameras. Nothing fancy. Taken with my third camera, my iPhone, and edited in Instagram.

Theme: Outside Looking In I went with the opposite, which was OK, as long as there was a window involved. He really wanted to go outside, but it was too cold (high of 20 that day). So he played with the window clings instead.

Theme: Say Something Sweet The assignment was to tell a story or convey a message using everyday objects. I had no idea what to photograph until I saw these “eyes” in my cereal. I added the mouth and got a smile. 🙂

Theme: Connecting Color This was a hard prompt. I used these mini soaps my friend gave me for Christmas. Different patterns with repeating colors.

This week’s theme was “The Picture Within” — a picture within a picture. I choose this one of my grandmother (Nana), which my mother hangs on her tree every year. Nana loved Christmas, and we have all since divvied up her decorations (there were plenty to go around). I love taking them out every year
