At the first sign of chest and sinus congestion and a temp of 100F, I turned to some favorite home remedies — chicken soup, salsa, garlic pills, and Airborne. I hope something helps. So far, the sinuses have cleared a bit but I mainly feel like I’ve been hit by a bus. Stupid germs.
